Warranty Statement

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product's manual, the following Warranty Policy will apply for Hollyland products sold on store.hollyland.com and purchased within North America (the USA and Canada). 

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period starts on the date of receipt as stated on your proof-of-purchase invoice. The product’s warranty expires at the end of the period indicated in the section below “Warranty Period”: 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS 

The Limited Warranty does not apply from: 

1. Force Majeure Clause:
   The warranty does not cover any damages or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, riots, strikes, or any other force majeure events.

2. Improper Use Clause:
   The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to improper installation, use, maintenance, repair, alteration, or any other action that is not in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.

3. Unauthorized Modifications Clause:
   The warranty does not cover any damages or malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations made to the product, including but not limited to disassembling, repairing, or replacing any parts by individuals not authorized by the manufacturer.

4. Exclusion of Normal Wear and Tear:
   The warranty does not cover damages or failures that are considered normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, fading, or any other cosmetic deterioration that occurs over time with regular use.

5. Third-Party Accessories or Software Clause:
   The warranty does not cover any damages or malfunctions caused by the use of third-party accessories, software, or components that are not recommended or approved by the manufacturer.

6. Negligence or Accidental Damage Clause:
   The warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abuse, or any other actions or events that are not within the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

7. Exclusion of Consequential or Incidental Damages:
   The warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other indirect damages.

8. Loss or Theft Clause:
   The warranty does not cover any damages, losses, or theft of the product. The owner assumes all responsibility for the safekeeping and security of the product. In the event of loss or theft, it is recommended to report the incident to the appropriate authorities and explore insurance options for coverage.
