Why I still hear a lot of background noise even though I've turned on the noise cancelling switch?
When the ENC noise cancelling switch is turned on, it reduces the ambient noise picked up by your own headset, not the noise heard through other headsets. For the noise cancelling to be effective, the speakers' headset must have the ENC feature turned on. especially for people near loudspeakers. The ENC feature will significantly reduce the background noise that others hear.
