Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order confirmation via email at store.us@hollyland.com. The order confirmation will include your order summary and the order confirmation number. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be shipped. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipment notification will be sent to you via email with the order tracking information. The email will originate from store.us@hollyland.com.

Package Dispatching 

Orders received before UTC-8 12:00 p.m. will be shipped out within the same working day, otherwise it will be shipped out on the next working day.

Change of Shipping Address or Order Cancellation

Once an order has been created, it cannot be changed. If you need to cancel the order or request a shipping address change, please immediately contact us via email: store.us@hollyland.com.  

Unsuccessful Delivery

Hollyland cannot be responsible for any order entered with incorrect address information. In the event that an order is delivered to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for a refund or to replace an order entered with an incorrect address.

Shipping Disclaimer: The merchant is not liable for any damage, loss, delay or other issues that occur during the shipping process, provided that the merchant has fulfilled its obligation to properly package and hand over the goods to the shipping carrier in accordance with industry standards. The shipping carrier shall be responsible for any losses or damages that occur during transit in accordance with their terms and conditions of service.
